MIKE Zero hotfix 18-11-2022

This hotfix resolves some performance problems in ABM Lab simulations with no Eulerian variables (standard concentration state variables). If you experience unusual high runtimes with such a template, use a text editor to modify the setup model file and add a PFS keyword to the section MODEL_DEFINITION in the ECOLAB_MODULE

Note that this options keyword represents a binary representation of different flags. The relevant flag is in the 5th bit and the numerical value to set this flag is 2^4=16. Please note that the setup must be started using the MzLaunch utility as the standard MikeZero GUI will remove any extra keyword.
